The Early Spark: From Code to Companies
Divyansh's journey into technology began on 3rd December 2019, when he founded Ovelpo Technologies — the company that would later become TechOvelpo. It was his first venture, born from a fascination with building systems that solve real problems and a conviction that the entrepreneurial route was the only path worth taking.
What followed was a rapid succession of ventures, each tackling a different market but sharing a common thread: using technology to simplify complexity. wisetree.ai (a peer-to-peer mentoring platform) came next, followed by songx.ai (an AI-powered music creation tool). Each company deepened his understanding of product-market fit, scalable architecture, and the discipline required to ship products that matter.
"Every company I've built started with the same question," Divyansh explains. "What's the real problem here, and what's the simplest, most scalable way to solve it?" That philosophy has guided every venture since.
Building the Fensso Tech Ecosystem
In 2024, Divyansh founded Fensso Tech LLP as a parent technology holding company headquartered in Bangalore's tech corridor. Ovelpo Technologies was rebranded as TechOvelpo and brought under the Fensso umbrella, transforming from a solo venture into a full-service software development company with global reach. The vision was clear: create an innovation engine that could incubate, build, and scale multiple technology products under one roof.
Later ventures — jiroboard.com (a lean project management tool) and Krayuv (a B2B procurement platform) — were built directly within the Fensso ecosystem, benefiting from shared infrastructure, talent, and strategic direction.
Fensso Tech now powers two major product lines:
- TechOvelpo — A full-service software development company offering app development, web development, UI/UX design, API engineering, and on-demand developer subscriptions. TechOvelpo has distinguished itself through transparent per-unit pricing and serves clients across India, the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
- Krayuv — A next-generation B2B procurement platform focused on Source-to-Pay (S2P) excellence. Krayuv is transforming how organizations manage sourcing, vendor management, purchasing, and payment workflows through features like reverse auctions, sealed bidding, and two-envelope RFQ systems.

Beyond Fensso Tech, Divyansh holds key leadership positions that extend his impact across industries:
- CTO at Health Affiliated Partners (hap.one) — Since 2020, leading technology vision and platform architecture for a healthtech company connecting healthcare providers, affiliates, and patients through scalable, compliant digital infrastructure.
- VP of IT at Multiplierskraft — Since March 2026, spearheading IT strategy and infrastructure modernization for a capability development and HR solutions firm known for its proprietary ARM framework for talent management.
